James Moylan

Founding Board Director, Indigenous Plus Foundation
James Moylan joins Indigenous Plus as a Founding Director with a shared mission of progressing the Indigenous Business Sector and improving Community Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB). James brings a wealth of experience in project management, governance, risk management, team leadership, and training which has been tried and tested in both Law Enforcement and Military settings. James also works within the Indigenous Business Sector and not-for-profit space by leading The Gaimaragal Foundation Indigenous Corporation as its Chairperson, aiming to reduce disadvantage and inequality of outcomes and opportunities for Indigenous people and communities. James is committed to steering Indigenous Plus forwards in a way that not only advances Indigenous Plus’s ethical and culturally sensitive business practices but also allowing for the success of Indigenous Plus to give back to Community and Country.

Hemant Babbar

Hemant Babbar brings a wealth of experience in community development, advocacy, and strategic planning to his role as a Founding Board Director of the Indigenous Plus Foundation. With a deep commitment to social equity and a passion for fostering sustainable change, Hemant has worked extensively to empower communities through innovative solutions tailored to their unique challenges and opportunities.

Hemant’s career is marked by his ability to build strong partnerships across diverse sectors, bridging cultural and social gaps to drive meaningful outcomes. His expertise in financial management and resource development plays a pivotal role in supporting the Foundation’s mission to enhance the health, wellbeing, and prosperity of First Nations Peoples.

A strong advocate for cultural preservation and education, Hemant is dedicated to creating pathways for economic independence, social inclusion, and spiritual wellbeing within Indigenous communities. His vision and leadership contribute to the Foundation’s holistic approach to empowering individuals and communities across Australia.

Justin Bergholcs

Founding Board Director, Indigenous Plus Foundation
Justin Bergholcs is a passionate mental health consultant and advocate with extensive experience supporting the wellbeing of people blending Western, Eastern and First Nations health and wellbeing principles. As a Founding Board Director of the Indigenous Plus Foundation, Justin brings a unique blend of expertise in health, mental health, cultural perspectives, and community engagement.

His work focuses on improving access to culturally appropriate mental health services, recognizing the importance of holistic approaches that integrate social, emotional, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing. Justin’s deep understanding of the challenges faced by Indigenous peoples globally, allows him to develop and implement innovative programs that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

A dedicated advocate for social justice and inclusion, Justin is committed to fostering resilience and opportunity for and with Indigenous peoples. His leadership and insight are instrumental in advancing the Foundation’s mission to create sustainable, community-led change and promote holistic health and wellbeing.
